What you will do

  • Manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) interfaces and maintain reliable connections between AI tools, external data sources, and APIs.
  • Oversee AI platform API services, including stability, security, performance monitoring, context retrieval, grounding, and tool-calling patterns.
  • Lead Copilot Studio incident management, including triage, root cause analysis, resolution, and post-incident reporting.
  • Monitor system health, improve availability, and establish and track incident response and resolution SLAs.
  • Prepare operational reports covering incidents, platform health, and API metrics, and drive continuous improvement with development teams.
  • Enable users by translating technical concepts into practical guidance and training.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in AI operations, SRE, or platform operations.
  • Hands-on experience with MCP interfaces and API services.
  • Experience with Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.
  • Strong background in incident response, monitoring, alerting, SLA management, and post-mortems.
  • Fluent English, written and verbal, is required for global collaboration.
  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to work with product, engineering, and business teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Azure AI Services.
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
