Regional Manager - Education Programs & Partnerships, Nebius Academy (AI)

What you will do

• Own regional implementation and operational delivery of Nebius Academy education and workforce initiatives.
• Translate global education strategy into launch plans, timelines, deliverables, and scalable operating processes.
• Coordinate AI literacy, AI workplace skills, educator training, and workforce-focused learning programs.
• Manage curriculum localization, learning platform deployment, learner enrollment, access, credentialing, and technical enablement.
• Build and manage relationships with universities, colleges, schools, libraries, nonprofits, government organizations, employers, and workforce partners.
• Track regional KPIs and outcomes, manage risks and vendors, and report on delivery, impact, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong operational judgment and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience using data to evaluate program performance and improve outcomes.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, rapidly evolving organization.
• Authorization to work in the Netherlands and proof of employment eligibility are required.
