Location: Helsingborg, Sweden; hybrid work at the R&D Center in Berga

What you will do
- Develop the next generation of intelligent heat pumps and home energy systems across the full product development cycle.
- Design electrical assemblies, bills of materials, component selections, and electromechanical solutions.
- Create 2D and 3D models, drawings, technical documentation, wire harnesses, and schematics.
- Design installation materials, including consumer units and wire harnesses.
- Contribute to project meetings, report progress to product management, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Explore plastics, sheet metal, and other materials to improve product quality, sustainability, and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product development experience.
- Experience designing electrical connections and cable routing in 2D and 3D environments.
- Experience with consumer units and circuit component selection.
- Knowledge of LVD, EN60335-1, RED, EMC directives, regulatory certification, and compliance requirements.
- Open mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast-scaling startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, PLM tools, or similar software.
- Electrical and mechanical design experience with household products.
- Experience working with plastics and metals.
