Field Service Technician, Heat Pumps

Location: Overath, Germany; candidates in Mikulov, Czech Republic, or remote Denmark may also be considered. The role requires travel throughout Europe for more than 50% of the time.

What you will do

• Perform service and maintenance work at customer sites across Europe.
• Commission industrial heat pump systems at customer premises.
• Provide remote maintenance and telephone support to customers.
• Train customers on installed systems and help create technical training materials.
• Support acceptance tests and trials on the heat pump test bench.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of heat pump products.

Requirements

• Approximately five years of experience in industrial refrigeration.
• Fluent English.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and motivation to develop technical skills.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time throughout Europe.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of application; visa sponsorship and work authorization support are not provided.

Nice to have

• Refrigeration systems certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Previous service or commissioning experience in industrial environments.
• Experience working with both large industrial groups and smaller specialized companies.
