Dedicated Project Manager (Telecom)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for telecom services, from order submission and provisioning through installation and activation.
• Manage carrier timelines and Firm Order Commitments, addressing delays and escalations proactively.
• Coordinate site readiness, documentation, access, carriers, vendors, customers, sales, and engineering teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking milestones, risks, status updates, and completion documentation.
• Serve as the primary client contact and maintain clear communication throughout delivery.
• Drive timely completion, revenue realization, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project management.
• Experience managing end-to-end circuit delivery for internet, voice, fiber, or cloud services.
• Strong understanding of carrier processes, timelines, site readiness, and installation workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve delivery issues under pressure.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM or project tracking tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce, plus Microsoft Office.
