What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of telecom services including provisioning and activation.
• Manage carrier timelines and enforce Firm Order Commitments to prevent delays.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing consistent project updates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and external vendors.
• Identify project risks proactively and lead escalations to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports in internal systems.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in telecom service delivery, provisioning, or project management.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end circuit delivery such as internet, voice, or fiber.
• Strong understanding of carrier processes, site readiness requirements, and installation workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador with a reliable internet connection.
