Entry Level Customer Training Specialist (Automotive Software)

Location: Columbus, OH; approximately 80% travel to customer sites

Salary: $50,000–$52,000 per year

What you will do

• Install and convert customers to the hirify.global software system.
• Meet with dealership management to understand operational and system requirements.
• Customize the system and train key dealership personnel.
• Provide customer support, prepare for upcoming trips, and follow up with recently installed customers.
• Travel independently and with a team to customer locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; fewer than two moving violations in the past three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the past five years.
• Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
