Therapy Specialist - Patient Support Systems (Healthcare)

Location: Italy (remote); field-based role requiring extensive travel across Italy and support for activities across Italy and Greece.

Salary: €51,200 minimum annually, with potential for a higher initial salary based on skills, expertise, and experience. Competitive benefits and incentives may also apply.

What you will do

• Deliver product and clinical training to healthcare professionals on Patient Support Systems solutions.
• Partner with Account Managers on strategic territory planning and commercial growth.
• Present the clinical value of the portfolio and recommend solutions based on customer needs and patient outcomes.
• Build relationships with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders while supporting existing business growth.
• Manage tender activities from pre-tender preparation through post-award implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other stakeholders, using CRM tools to track and optimize opportunities.

Requirements

• Clinical or healthcare-related educational background.
• Experience working within or closely with hospital environments.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Italy in a field-based role.
• Strong presentation, training, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Confidence using CRM systems and other technology.

Nice to have

• Experience in the medical device industry or as a Clinical Specialist or Product Specialist.
• Experience with healthcare professional training, tender and procurement processes, or formal training qualifications.
• Experience with Patient Support Systems, mobility solutions, or pressure injury prevention.
• Commercial or customer-facing experience.
• Healthcare architecture, facility design, or biomedical, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or related healthcare sciences background.
