TL;DR
Talent Acquisition Specialist (Games Industry): Managing the full in-house recruitment cycle across Rebellion’s game studios and wider businesses with an accent on candidate sourcing, hiring-manager partnerships, and candidate experience. Focus on building pipelines for niche skillsets, coordinating interviews and recruitment events, and maintaining accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.
Location: Oxford, England, United Kingdom; on-site at the riverside headquarters. Travel to recruitment events is required. A relocation package is available, including moving assistance and temporary accommodation.

What you will do
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead, hiring managers, and HR to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, candidate communications, offers, and onboarding preparations.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, recruitment administration, policy compliance, and hiring metrics.
- Support employer branding projects and represent at recruitment events.
Requirements
- Professional experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of employment law and experience recruiting for technical roles preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, telephone, and customer service skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Proficiency with basic computer software, including MS Office, and strong LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills.
- Permanent right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship is required.
