General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Hollywood, Florida, United States; on-site venue operations required

What you will do

• Lead the operation of the Kuro venue and ensure exceptional guest service and team member performance.
• Drive financial and operational targets through organizational development, policies, procedures, training, and process improvements.
• Develop and monitor food and beverage initiatives, including profitable promotions, menus, and service concepts.
• Inspect facilities and equipment, conduct quality inspections and taste tests, and maintain consistent food and service standards.
• Analyze sales, costs, labor expenses, and profit-and-loss information to improve efficiency and support venue budgeting.
• Recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and retain direct reports while promoting responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience as a high-end Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience.
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage and hospitality principles and practices.
• Experience leading professional hospitality teams.
• Must communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Must comply with Gaming Commission regulations and obtain gaming licensure through a required background check before an offer is extended.
