General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Mt Laurel, New Jersey, United States. This is an in-person venue leadership role requiring evenings, weekends, holidays, extended peak-period hours, and work in varying outdoor weather conditions.

Base salary: $129,300–$146,950 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive program.

What you will do

• Own venue revenue, labor, costs, profitability, forecasting, and P&L performance.
• Build and execute annual operating plans and translate financial data into business strategies.
• Set standards for the guest experience and improve operations using guest feedback and operational data.
• Hire, develop, retain, and hold accountable a leadership team capable of operating independently.
• Build relationships with local businesses, community leaders, event clients, and partners to grow awareness and revenue.
• Maintain a safe, compliant venue and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, entertainment, or multi-revenue operations.
• 2–5+ years as a General Manager or equivalent with full P&L ownership.
• Demonstrated success in high-volume food and beverage, events, and entertainment environments.
• Ability to obtain required local licenses and certifications and meet the minimum age requirement of 21.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify.
