General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Memphis, TN, United States; onsite role

Salary: $86,178–$101,386 per year, plus a quarterly bonus program.

What you will do

• Lead daily restaurant and entertainment venue operations across food, beverages, games, equipment, and property.
• Analyze financial reports and create action plans to grow revenue, control costs, and meet annual budgets.
• Manage staffing levels, managerial coverage, delegation, employee relations, and staff morale.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience through food, drinks, and games while resolving customer issues.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and ensure compliance with operating standards and procedures.
• Lead operations during high-volume periods, including shifts requiring significant walking and an average 50-hour work week.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• 5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in cost of goods sold, labor cost management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory management, and profitability analysis.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with staff, guests, and vendors.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
