Application Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Provide engineering support to MicroE customers to help achieve sales growth.
• Provide the first response 24/7 for customer enquiries about filtration engineering issues.
• Visit customers with the Sales team or independently, identify issues, and implement temporary countermeasures when available.
• Coordinate with Pall internal resources and third-party contractors to develop and implement permanent countermeasures.
• Coordinate outsourced engineering services for filter retrofits and installation of Pall products.
• Conduct research and development for filter configuration.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in English in addition to the local language.
• At least three years of technical experience in the semiconductor OEM industry.
• Knowledge of advanced semiconductor processes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
