Product Manager, AI Transformation & Salesforce

Location: Remote within the United States

Base salary: $141,700–$160,700 annually for California, Washington, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, D.C., and New York City; $128,800–$146,100 annually for other U.S. locations. Additional performance-based bonus may be available.

What you will do

• Define product vision and a unified roadmap across AI Transformation and Salesforce initiatives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle across two engineering teams, from discovery and requirements through delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and prioritize AI products, Salesforce enhancements, and intelligent automation opportunities.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market activities, and adoption initiatives with business units.
• Partner with engineering, business, Legal, Security, Compliance, AI governance stakeholders, and Salesforce users.
• Define product metrics, evaluate performance, and communicate strategy, risks, decisions, and trade-offs to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing AI/ML-enabled products with complex data, processing, and analytical workflows that produce measurable business outcomes.
• Experience applying large language models and agentic workflows to deliver business value.
• Strong product management experience in discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmapping, backlog management, and delivery.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, release cycles, and administration or configuration concepts.
• Ability to define product metrics, interpret user and business insights, and translate findings into improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, stakeholder management, customer orientation, and ability to operate amid ambiguity.
