What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of a portfolio of AI applications and intelligent agents.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, AI engineering, data science, UX, architecture, and business functions.
• Partner with scientists, researchers, stakeholders, and end users to identify workflows and validate high-value AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and lead products from discovery through enterprise deployment and adoption.
• Build reusable product patterns while ensuring AI products are scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective.
• Measure adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, model quality, reliability, latency, and business impact through analytics and experimentation.

Requirements

• Experience leading digital AI products, defining product strategy and roadmaps, and measuring product success.
• Strong technical fluency across AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and modern software development.
• Experience collaborating with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, security teams, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of information or technology systems experience, bachelor’s degree with 8 years, or diploma with 12 years.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years delivering AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products.
• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and ML productization.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, MLflow, or comparable AI development platforms.
• Familiarity with biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, laboratory, clinical, or scientific workflows.
