Senior UX Designer (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with at least two days per week or 40% of working time in an office

Salary: £72,702–£80,780 per year

What you will do

• Craft cohesive end-to-end user experiences and customer journeys.
• Use components from a central design system to balance content and interface elements.
• Create prototypes using tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD.
• Gather and interpret user research and usability testing feedback to refine designs.
• Balance business requirements, customer needs, and technical constraints while advising stakeholders.
• Work with developers to deliver accessible designs for customers of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in user experience or interaction design.
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer, or from a visual design background.
• Experience owning interaction design projects and clearly presenting design decisions.
• Strong prototyping and layout skills, with the ability to communicate with internal customers and development teams.
• Experience using and improving established design systems.
• Ability to work in complex environments; financial services experience is advantageous.
