Location: Hybrid working, at least two days per week in London.

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences, using components from a central design system.
• Bring designs to life with prototyping software (Sketch, InVision, Figma, Axure, Adobe XD).
• Balance business requirements with user needs, gathering user research to align stakeholders.
• Adapt to the technical constraints of different platforms while guiding the best possible end-user experience.
• Advocate for customer inclusion, creating inclusive and accessible designs.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience within User Experience design/Interaction Design.
• Strong experience as an Interaction Designer, UX Designer (or possibly from a Visual Design background).
• Full ownership of the Interaction Design project.
• Excellent prototyping and layout skills, articulating them clearly to internal customers and development teams.
• Comfortable using existing design systems and recommending improvements.
• Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative research.
• Familiarity working in a complex landscape, ideally in financial services.
• Strong ability to see designs through to delivery, communicating with developers.
