Junior Project Coordinator – Learning & Development (e-learning and project coordination): Coordinating global learning initiatives, designing digital learning courses, and creating supporting materials for colleagues across the Eurofins network with an accent on project delivery, multilingual content, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on managing multiple learning projects, improving learner experiences, and developing e-learning solutions with authoring tools.
Location: Katowice, Poland, with a hybrid working model requiring office presence two days per week. Candidates based in Katowice and Kraków are encouraged to apply.

What you will do
- Coordinate learning initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and project delivery.
- Design and develop digital e-learning courses according to established standards and internal processes.
- Create user guides, quick reference guides, manuals, handouts, and other learning materials.
- Update and implement multilingual versions of e-learning courses using translation resources.
- Improve learning content, processes, and the learner experience across the network.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English is required.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with an interest in collaborating with diverse international stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- V.I.E candidates must be EEA nationals aged 18–28 and eligible for the programme.
Nice to have
- Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, or e-learning development.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline 360 or another e-learning authoring tool such as Articulate Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, or Elucidat.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
