Senior Director, Treasury & Capital Markets

Location: Hybrid with three days per week in the office in Philadelphia, New York, Denver, Cedar Rapids, or Baltimore, or remote from the United States with occasional business travel.

Salary: $290,000–$320,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead debt and equity capital markets transactions in accordance with regulatory, tax, legal, accounting, and rating agency requirements.
• Develop enterprise funding strategies supporting liquidity, capital, and balance sheet objectives.
• Manage interest rate, currency, and derivative activities to hedge financial risks.
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks, lenders, and other global capital markets participants.
• Oversee funding programs, credit facilities, and transaction documentation.
• Advise the CFO, Investor Relations, and senior leaders while leading cross-functional execution and coaching team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• At least 12 years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, capital markets, or derivatives within financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of debt and equity capital markets instruments and derivatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, tax, legal, and accounting frameworks for funding and hedging transactions.
• Experience leading complex transactions under tight timelines and collaborating across functions and international environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicants must already have legal authorization to work in the United States without immigration sponsorship.
