What you will do

• Own the brand voice, narrative, and storytelling across published content.
• Find, capture, and produce customer stories in engaging, shareable formats.
• Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Write, design, film, edit, and publish videos, landing pages, decks, campaigns, and event content.
• Measure the impact of content on website traffic, inbound revenue, talent applications, and enterprise deal velocity.
• Integrate AI tools into content workflows and contribute to broader growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating an audience built, videos distributed, a brand shaped, or a channel grown from zero.
• Full-stack production skills covering writing, design, filming, and editing.
• Experience with tools such as Premiere, CapCut, Figma, After Effects, or equivalent production software.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to explain why content will resonate.
• Experience growing social channels, ideally for a B2B or SMB audience.
• Ability to work at high speed, iterate continuously, use AI tools effectively, and maintain quality.
