Manager, Social Content Production (AI)

What you will do

• Build, lead, and optimize the Social Content Production Mechanism, including content direction, editing, VFX, AI creative production, and content operations.
• Establish production standards, reusable template libraries, SOPs, and multi-platform format guidelines for short-form video, Reels, and image-text content.
• Translate brand and product narratives into platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Integrate AI content tools and automation workflows for content versioning, distribution, and live clip generation.
• Own the Instagram account, including content planning, visual expression, publishing cadence, executive IP content, and performance KPIs.
• Manage external production partners, collaborate with brand, commerce, and creative teams, and optimize output, performance, and asset reuse.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media content production, digital content creation, or branded video production, including 2+ years leading or managing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on expertise in short-form video workflows for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, with proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent tools.
• Experience creating brand messaging frameworks, content SOPs, editorial guidelines, and platform-native product storytelling.
• Working knowledge of AI content tools such as Runway, Midjourney, or ElevenLabs, and experience integrating AI-assisted workflows into production.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required to develop content for CN and US audiences.

• Experience in technology, electric vehicles, robotics, or AI hardware.
• Experience with AI workflow automation and content distribution platforms.
• Experience managing content for US, China, Middle East, or Southeast Asian audiences.
• Experience owning platform KPIs such as follower growth, engagement, reach, and Reels performance.
• Understanding of content commerce, conversion, and lead-generation funnels.
