User Operations Expert (Crypto)

What you will do

• Own lifecycle OKRs covering first-deposit and first-trade conversion, retention, resurrection rate, and Net LTV.
• Build user segmentation and tagging frameworks based on attributes, behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences.
• Design and ship end-to-end journeys for onboarding, first-deposit nudging, engagement, dormancy prevention, and winback.
• Lead trading-oriented product mechanisms including task systems, tiering, rewards, content, and community capabilities.
• Track D1, D7, and D30 retention, first-trade conversion, repeat rate, and Net LTV; perform analysis with AI and run A/B tests.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, Algorithm, and regional teams to implement lifecycle and personalization strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth or product operations with quantifiable results.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle management, growth funnels, and scalable operating mechanisms.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience shipping initiatives into production.
• Fluent English required for execution in a global team environment.
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing, supported by clear reasoning and strong execution.
• Trading platform, financial, fintech, or comparable community operations experience is preferred.
