What you will do

• Take full ownership of a product domain, defining direction, priorities, and success metrics.
• Translate company strategy into focused product bets and clear team goals.
• Conduct deep user, competitor, and market research to frame solutions for ambiguous problems.
• Identify and implement AI-driven improvements to user workflows, ensuring trust and usability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product improvements with measurable impact.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align product direction with market signals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end and shipping impactful features.
• Expertise in product discovery, prioritization, and outcome-based roadmap planning.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong understanding of AI's impact on product experiences.
• Strong analytical thinking and UX instincts for simplicity and quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
