Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own a meaningful product domain and define its direction, priorities, success metrics, and team goals.
• Research customers, users, competitors, and market needs to identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear product concepts and make decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Identify meaningful AI applications and shape useful, trustworthy, and usable AI-powered features with Engineering and Design.
• Lead product work from discovery through delivery and iteration, balancing scope while maintaining quality and measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Support, and communicate product direction across the company.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end and shipping products or features with measurable customer or business impact.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and commercial stakeholders on complex products with multiple user types, workflows, permissions, or integrations.
• Strong product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, problem-framing, analytical, UX, communication, and ownership skills.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and the ability to evaluate AI product ideas for quality, trust, usability, adoption, and edge-case risks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
