Clinical Technology BD Associate Director

What you will do

• Secure and retain business from existing and new clinical sponsors through consultative sales activities.
• Prospect within target accounts, build relationships with decision-makers, and develop detailed customer knowledge.
• Analyze opportunities, create account sales plans, propose appropriate solutions, and track results.
• Coordinate proposals and contracts with internal teams, lead sales presentations, and educate participants on customer needs and sales strategies.
• Monitor competitive activity, customer satisfaction, and market demands while adapting sales tactics to financial targets.
• Maintain CRM records, prepare sales reports, and act as a liaison between customers and technical and operational groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 12 years of related experience, including 5 years in the CRO, pharmaceutical, and/or sales industry.
• Proven experience engaging with mid-level and senior decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, commercialization, and the principles of drug discovery and development.
• Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with the ability to manage demanding timelines and multiple priorities.
