Focus on translating customer requirements into resilient production solutions, creating clear architecture and deployment diagrams, and ensuring operational readiness across distributed environments.
Location: Fully remote within the United Kingdom

What you will do
- Support customer-facing technical discussions and explain complex architecture concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Translate customer requirements into practical infrastructure solutions balancing security, compliance, performance, scalability, and supportability.
- Plan, configure, and support cloud-based deployments of biopharma applications in customer environments.
- Contribute to infrastructure validation activities and ensure designs meet regulatory, internal, and customer compliance requirements.
- Design and evolve secure, scalable, highly available AWS architectures with a focus on resilience and operational excellence.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, systems engineering, or a similar role.
- Hands-on expertise with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Experience assessing complex enterprise IT environments and producing architecture, network, and deployment diagrams.
- Practical experience with DevOps and infrastructure automation, including scripting, configuration management, CI/CD, monitoring, and troubleshooting in distributed production environments.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying applications on AWS, including networking, compute, storage, identity and access management, and security.
Nice to have
- AWS certification.
- Experience with service operations, ITSM or helpdesk tooling, and customer-facing technical delivery in regulated or enterprise environments.
