Product Manager – Airport Operations Technology (Aviation)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap, backlog, and delivery plan for airport operations technology, including Amadeus Customer Management and related systems.
• Lead system upgrades, enhancements, configuration changes, regulatory updates, releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Translate Airport Operations priorities into requirements, product outcomes, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate ORAT activities for airport openings, station start-ups, migrations, and operational changes.
• Manage schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, vendors, airport authorities, ground handlers, and internal stakeholders.
• Support UAT, operational trials, go-live, hyper care, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technology Delivery, Airport Operations Technology, or Aviation Systems.
• Strong knowledge of airport operations and passenger processing systems, including check-in, boarding, baggage management, disruption handling, ground handling, and ORAT.
• Experience with airport system upgrades, station launches, migrations, or operational readiness initiatives.
• Proficiency with Agile and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical, planning, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.
