Senior Product Manager, SaaS Apps

What you will do

• Explore new product features and concepts and develop market and product requirements across SaaS applications.
• Engage with sales teams and customers through product demos, roadmap presentations, feedback sessions, and escalations.
• Analyze business metrics and product telemetry to guide go-to-market activities, roadmap decisions, and product adoption.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales to create product marketing collateral and deliver field sales training.
• Respond to industry analyst questionnaires and develop analyst-facing presentations.
• Lead long-term product strategy, multi-quarter roadmaps, and planning and execution of high-profile products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products, including at least 5 years in product management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an MBA is a plus.
• Experience in data protection, particularly Microsoft M365, Copilot, D365, or Intune.
• Highly technical product background with the ability to work deeply across products, technology, and UX.
• Strong product sense, customer empathy, analytical skills, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Track record of taking ownership and driving products from concept through execution in high-growth or startup environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google, Salesforce, or ServiceNow SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, or Active Directory identity infrastructure.
• MBA.
