Senior Director, Product Management (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Define and execute the Data & AI platform strategy, roadmap, architecture, and operating model.
• Lead development of data ingestion, ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time streaming, APIs, integrations, governance, metadata, analytics, and reusable data products.
• Embed AI use cases into customer workflows and scale LLM, RAG, agent orchestration, model lifecycle, and AI platform capabilities.
• Own global inventory, packaging, distribution, and reliable delivery of standardized data products across regions and customer segments.
• Drive product growth, adoption, pricing, packaging, monetization, revenue, and margin performance in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Build and lead a globally distributed organization of Product Managers and Engineering leaders across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Product Management and/or Engineering leadership experience, including management of Product Managers and technical teams.
• Experience owning multi-product SaaS or platform portfolios and delivering complex, scalable SaaS products.
• Experience building data and analytics platforms, including data lakes, warehouses, semantic models, pipelines, and reporting.
• Practical experience with AI/ML, LLM-based capabilities, RAG systems, agentic AI, data governance, APIs, integrations, and platform extensibility.
• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, microservices, APIs, cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, distributed systems, data pipelines, warehouses, and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Databricks.
