What you will do
- Own end-to-end program delivery across scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, marketing, sales, operations, finance, contractors, and vendors.
- Drive execution through phase-gate governance and maintain product scope to prevent delays and scope creep.
- Manage resource plans and ensure technical and manufacturing readiness for product launches.
- Track costs, profitability, gross margin, return metrics, forecasts, and delivery against the approved business case.
- Communicate program status to senior leadership, escalate risks and trade-offs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, or in leading cross-functional product development initiatives.
- Experience managing programs with defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Experience working across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and program management skills.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts, and align resources across functions and geographies.
Nice to have
- MBA or PMP certification.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with electronics, refrigeration systems, or global product development environments.
