Working Student Sales Operations (HubSpot)

What you will do

• Maintain and structure content, documents, and information in SharePoint.
• Review and update CRM data in HubSpot to support reliable data quality.
• Help create, maintain, and manage sales reports and dashboards.
• Create and update training and process documentation for the Sales team.
• Handle administrative tasks and support smaller projects, such as further developing the SharePoint structure.

Requirements

• Interest in CRM systems and careful data maintenance, ideally with HubSpot.
• Structured, careful, and reliable working style.
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Interest in sales processes and Sales Operations.
• Initial experience with reports, dashboards, or data analysis is advantageous.
