SVP, Product Management, Digital Banking (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; legally authorized US work required. Currently unavailable in New York City and Illinois; other locations considered case by case.

Salary: $165,000–$180,000 USD base annually, plus annual cash bonus and equity options.

hirify.global is presenting this opportunity on behalf of a partner company building and operating digital banking products for financial institutions.

What you will do

• Own the strategic vision, roadmap, priorities, and commercial outcomes for the Digital Banking domain.
• Lead multiple product squads covering retail and commercial banking, account opening, onboarding, self-service, and cross-channel experiences.
• Hire, coach, develop, and performance-manage Product Builders and establish standards for product judgment, technical decisions, AI fluency, and execution quality.
• Design and oversee account-opening and onboarding workflows covering identity verification, KYC/CIP, fraud checks, funding, retries, exceptions, and manual review.
• Guide core-to-digital integrations, event propagation, synchronization, reconciliation, APIs, data models, and multi-tenant banking platform capabilities.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and expansion while representing the domain in executive, client, and board-level discussions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product, engineering, or technical leadership experience in digital banking or financial services.
• Deep expertise in digital banking platforms, account opening, onboarding orchestration, KYC/CIP, fraud workflows, commercial banking, and multi-channel experiences.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms serving multiple financial institutions and configurable capabilities.
• Knowledge of Reg E, Reg DD, BSA/AML, UDAAP, and other banking compliance considerations.
• Experience managing product leaders, engineers, or technical product managers and building high-performing teams.
• Strong technical fluency across REST APIs, data modeling, system architecture, CI/CD, deployment practices, and modern web and mobile technologies, with excellent executive communication and decision-making skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
