Senior Recruiter (Contractor)

What you will do

• Source, interview, select, and hire qualified candidates for assigned business units and departments.
• Manage applicant flow, job advertising, recruiting agencies, online sourcing, and candidate outreach.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to establish and achieve staffing objectives.
• Guide junior staffing team members and coach line managers on recruiting, interviewing, and selection.
• Support recruitment-related projects involving legislation, HR systems, procedures, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate with compensation partners on salary offers and equity considerations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or a combination of recruiter and staffing specialist roles.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment legislation and local and regional hiring guidelines.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, HRIS applications, and Taleo Applicant Tracking System.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
