VP, Talent Acquisition - APAC (Talent Acquisition/Financial Services): Leading end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution across APAC for corporate functions and Private Wealth with an accent on executive hiring, market intelligence, and senior stakeholder partnership. Focus on building talent pipelines, closing high-caliber candidates in competitive markets, and using recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes.

What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle recruiting process across APAC for corporate-function and Private Wealth roles at all levels.
- Develop regional recruiting strategies aligned with hiring demand, business priorities, and global objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, market mapping, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner with senior leaders, HR, Compensation, and global Talent Acquisition teams to shape hiring decisions and competitive offers.
- Provide market expertise on talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activity, hiring practices, and candidate dynamics.
- Improve recruiting processes, tools, workflows, metrics, and funnel performance while managing risks and bottlenecks.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition and/or Executive Search experience.
- Experience recruiting in financial services, preferably private markets, alternative investments, asset management, or another buy-side environment.
- Experience hiring for Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and Private Wealth, including senior and complex mandates.
- Strong knowledge of APAC talent markets and regional hiring practices, with experience working with senior stakeholders and global headquarters.
- Strong influencing, communication, relationship-building, analytical, organizational, and commercial judgment skills.
- Full professional fluency in English and a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion.

- Additional Asian language capabilities.
- Experience managing external search firms and recruitment partners.
