Associate, Regional Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Delivery (German Speaker)

Location: Greece, Thessaloniki-Chortiatis; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Deliver standardized end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support for the EMEA region, including job postings, offer documentation, and pre-boarding records.
• Act as the primary contact for new hires and hiring managers after offer acceptance, resolving onboarding questions and access issues.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding administration tasks, tickets, pre-hire contingencies, and onboarding activities against SLAs and KPIs.
• Support on-site and virtual interview technology and help create a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in process testing, global technology implementations, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with country legal and privacy requirements while supporting operational excellence and customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written German skills required.
• Fluent verbal and written English required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong customer service, organization, communication, attention-to-detail, and issue-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight timelines both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management.
• Administrative support experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, and/or recruiting.
