Director, Executive Talent Acquisition (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Develop executive hiring strategies with senior business and HR leaders across operating companies.
• Lead end-to-end executive searches, including sourcing, assessment, stakeholder alignment, offers, and closing.
• Build market intelligence, competitor mappings, and external leadership pipelines for General Management, Commercial Leadership, Innovation, and DBS capabilities.
• Lead hiring for the China GM Cadet Program and develop future General Manager talent.
• Connect external talent insights with talent reviews, assessment, succession management, and internal development processes.
• Improve executive search and talent cultivation through DBS methodologies, funnel management, analytics, metrics, and external partner management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in executive recruiting, executive search, talent intelligence, or related talent management.
• At least 8 years of experience identifying, assessing, and recruiting executive-level talent.
• Experience building external executive pipelines, conducting talent mapping and market research, and translating data into executive recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, consulting, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Industrial, or related sectors.
