Sales Representative (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote from the United States, with travel across Greater Los Angeles to Fresno

Salary: $110,000–$120,000 annual base salary, plus sales incentive compensation and bonus eligibility. Target total compensation at plan is $188,700–$198,700 annually.

What you will do

• Create and execute a territory plan to win new customers, retain existing business, and expand revenue in current accounts.
• Advance the sales funnel through onsite customer calls and deliver high-value proposals.
• Conduct annual business reviews for top accounts and help manage escalated customer situations.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts, activities, forecasts, and sales funnel data in the CRM system.
• Travel throughout the territory, including overnight travel, for up to 70% of the time or more.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a science major is preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales experience required, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Capital equipment sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the last 3 years required.
• Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience in respiratory therapy, nursing, clinical laboratory work, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, database systems, and CRM tools.
