Senior Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Munich, Germany; office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise during major sales opportunities, including proposals, product demonstrations, RFPs, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Architect systems integrations and advise prospective customers on integration best practices.
• Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
• Coordinate with R&D, technical integrations, and partner integrations teams on current and future product capabilities.
• Apply knowledge of the privacy industry, regulatory environment, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Travel approximately 10% as required by the role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least two years of relevant experience, ideally in the technology industry or an enterprise cloud-based software company.
• Experience selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations.
• Experience implementing software products or solutions for enterprise customers.
• Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering stakeholders.
• German fluency is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, FreeMarker, HTML, CSS, PowerShell, ASP.NET, or C#.
• Advanced knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and programming.
