What you will do
- Manage customer orders from order entry through product delivery.
- Communicate directly with customers throughout the order process.
- Collaborate with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams to support customer requirements.
- Apply foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.
- Develop expertise in international business and end-to-end order management.
Requirements
- Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work UK hours from 3pm to 12am and on UK public holidays.
Nice to have
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
- Professional diploma or degree, or equivalent years of experience.
