Order Management Associates (US Working Hours - Night Shift)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; part of the customer service team in Petaling Jaya. The role requires working United States hours on a night-shift schedule and following the US holiday schedule.

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from order entry through product delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers and coordinate requirements across sales, distribution, and manufacturing.
• Support end-to-end order management and customer satisfaction.
• Build foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, strong organization, and prioritization skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work United States working hours on a night shift and follow the US holiday schedule.

Nice to have

• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Professional diploma, degree, or equivalent experience.
