Staff Pharmacist $50,000 Sign on Bonus

Location: Grand Junction, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour-per-week schedule, prorated for different scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses and a $50,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care and accurately process and dispense prescription orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community activities, outreach, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and pharmacy best practices.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and partners and adapt to varied patient needs.
