Staff Pharmacist (Pharmacy)

Location: Onsite at the neighborhood market pharmacy in Meridian, Mississippi, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour/week schedule; additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses. The position also includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Follow company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and partners and participate in community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Adaptability in addressing patient needs and varied medical concerns.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and community engagement.
