Staff Pharmacist

Location: Concord, New Hampshire, United States; onsite at the WM Supercenter

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annual salary for a 40-hour/week schedule, prorated for different scheduled hours. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medication orders.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, regulations, HIPAA, and PHI guidelines.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff in patient interactions.
• Build relationships with customers and community partners and participate in outreach activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program required.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Adaptability when addressing patient needs and a variety of medical concerns.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and patient information privacy.
