Staff Pharmacist - $40,000 Sign-On Bonus

Location: Onsite at 500 S Bishop Ave, Rolla, Missouri 65401, United States

Annual salary: $98,000–$172,000 for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses may apply. Sign-on bonus: $40,000.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Model effective customer service and guide pharmacy staff.
• Build relationships with customers and participate in community outreach activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or equivalent FPGE qualification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementation of best practices.
• Adaptability when addressing varied patient needs and medical concerns.
