Localization Project Manager with German

Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of translation projects from inception through completion.
• Determine resource requirements and optimal cost structures based on project objectives.
• Identify potential issues, resolve gaps, and close project risks proactively.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Maintain high quality and professional standards across project resources.
• Participate in mentoring and training junior colleagues.

Requirements

• University degree in translation, languages, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and good German skills, especially in reading and writing, at B1–B2 level.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Strong IT skills, advanced knowledge of CAT tools, and understanding of machine translation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to take initiative, collaborate with international teams, and handle client-facing responsibilities.
