Project Manager (Localization)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid setup with four days in the office and one day working from home.

Salary: €1,500–€2,500 gross per month, negotiable depending on experience.

What you will do

• Support localization projects from planning through launch.
• Coordinate tasks across teams and keep projects on track.
• Organize translation workflows, deadlines, and priorities.
• Drive execution, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain team alignment.
• Use AI tools to improve localization speed, quality, and efficiency.
• Support the launch of global products and marketing campaigns across multiple markets.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and new technologies.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
