Manufacturing Production Supervisor - 1st Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. Full-time onsite role with availability required during shift changeovers; work hours may vary according to business and production needs.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and support employees in an assigned production area.
• Direct daily work assignments and coordinate production activities to meet schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor productivity, quality, environmental, health, and safety performance and take corrective action when needed.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational performance.
• Coordinate maintenance and engineering support to minimize production disruptions.
• Manage departmental budgets, inventory, equipment, materials, reports, records, and workplace organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline is desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in a high-speed production manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading or supervising production operations in manufacturing.
• Leadership, communication, organizational, and process improvement skills.
• Knowledge of production, quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power BI.
