Production Superintendent (3rd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; onsite third-shift manufacturing role

What you will do

• Lead daily operations across Assembly, Injection Mold, and Liquid Paint manufacturing areas.
• Direct supervisors and production employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, schedule, engagement, and cost objectives.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and coordinate production activities across multiple departments.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, quality, Human Resources, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Drive process consistency, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance, maintain operational reports, address gaps, and minimize downtime and production interruptions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple manufacturing departments or operations.
• Strong analytical and computer skills, business acumen, and production-planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, influence, and employee-retention skills.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
