Sr Leadership Instructor (Technical Training)

Location: Welch, Minnesota, United States; onsite training may take place in classroom, laboratory, and on-the-job settings.

Salary: $97,600–$138,600 per year.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and continuously improve leadership and technical training programs using adult learning and Systematic Approach to Training principles.
• Conduct performance analysis and needs assessments, define learning objectives, and develop facilitator and participant materials.
• Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and practical learning experiences for audiences across the organization.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to learners in classroom and on-the-job settings.
• Manage program scheduling, logistics, materials, records, performance indicators, and reporting.
• Partner with business, operations, talent, and technical stakeholders to support accreditation, regulatory compliance, and program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership, Business, Engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of related experience in training, learning, leadership development, technical training, talent management, human resources, instructional design, or facilitation.
• Experience facilitating instruction for adult learners in classroom, laboratory, simulation, or on-the-job settings.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, with familiarity with Systematic Approach to Training and training evaluation practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, relationship-building, program administration, and instructional design skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant; NANT instructor qualification is required where applicable or must be obtained within one year.
