Business Planning Supervisor (Financial Analysis)

Location: Bridgman, Michigan; onsite. Must establish and maintain a permanent residence within a 45-minute safe drive time of the D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant.

Salary: $116,255.00–$151,132.50 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise the Business Planning and Budgeting team supporting business planning, financial analysis, and cost analysis.
• Support long-range planning, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend capital projects and improvements.
• Develop site budgets and manage monthly forecasting, financial reporting, and accrual processes.
• Analyze business-unit performance against strategic measures, industry benchmarks, and company projections.
• Perform competitive cost analysis and recommend business process enhancements.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, accounting, funding, in-service reporting, and close-out activities for major capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or three years of experience leading financial or business activities may be substituted.
• Three years of experience in budgeting, cost analysis, or business-related activities is preferred.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Permanent residence must be maintained within a 45-minute safe drive time of the D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant.
