Production Supervisor II (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Malaysia, Johor; willing to work in Pasir Gudang. Onsite role with three rotating shifts.

What you will do

• Lead and supervise production operators to meet output, quality, efficiency, and safety targets.
• Oversee production equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration activities.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to align materials, resources, and production schedules.
• Maintain production records, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
• Optimize manpower allocation, workflow, certifications, and production schedules across rotating shifts.
• Coach team members, conduct performance assessments, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, cleanroom protocols, production scheduling, and quality control.
• Experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment, automated production systems, tool maintenance, and calibration.
• Knowledge of SPC and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, production tracking software, and MS Office for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work three rotating shifts and willingness to work in Pasir Gudang.
