What you will do

• Sustain production lines through SPC/FDC monitoring, CPK improvement, and troubleshooting of process and tool issues.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on process robustness, cost efficiency, and manufacturing capacity.
• Develop process recipes for new and existing semiconductor technologies.
• Improve process performance using big data analytics, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Support process qualification, productivity improvements, production ramps, and new tool releases.
• Train and guide Associate Engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams, fabs, and OEM suppliers.

Requirements

• MS or BS in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take initiative.
• Knowledge of big data analysis and AI/ML; Python coding is advantageous.
• Knowledge of wafer fabrication is advantageous.

• Experience or knowledge in wafer fabrication.
• Knowledge of Python coding, big data analytics, and AI/ML.
