What you will do

Lead manufacturing operators and line leaders across shift operations.
Drive output, quality, and cycle time targets.
Follow 5S practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations.
Perform additional duties supporting manufacturing operations.

Requirements

Degree-level qualification.
1–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the semiconductor industry.
Willingness and ability to work shifts.
Basic proficiency with computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
